Proffesional PHOTOSHOP Designer

My name is Asaf Levi.
I'm from Israel.
I'm the owner of BoomPup- an online store of custom design products.

I'm looking for a professional PHOTOSHOP designer, must be a Woman with an experience of more than a year.

MUST HAVE:
1. Your computer is "storge" and can handle big photoshop files (for example 8000px-8000px, 300 dpi. With at least 16 RAM.
2. The hours are 3PM-10PM (your time), 6 days a week.
3. You're are not going to be on vocation in the Christmas season.
4. You're available to start IMMEDIATELY.
5. You have a good writing English and can provide good and kind customer service.
6. You have a good experience with Upgrade to see actual infot only photo editing. Also designing, painting and etc.

The salary starts at $300/month and it can get higher in the future. Because my company just started to grow now there are lots of promotions options if we keep growing. And the salary as well.

I'm looking for someone to go with for a long way and not just for a couple of weeks.
Someone who can commit to hard work when needs and be professional with any details.
I don't like to be a "cop" so I want to trust the one I'm hiring that he really does his job.


What do we do?
We have an online business of custom print products. Customers upload a photo of their pet we design the photo according to our unique style and send it for printing.

What is the job?
A Photoshop professional designer to make the pet design for each customer. Basically you get the customer photo, design it and upload it to the site for him to review it.
