Hiring Gaming Tech Writer for Blog Post Writing

I am hiring a blog post article writer with a passion for technology and gaming.

I am entrepreneur based out of Seattle, Washington. I have multiple side projects that need frequent blog posts in order to grow. My background is in Search Engine Optimization

Right now I will pay for a work sample with any writer who meets our portfolio requirements and wishes to apply as an incentive to your application. We value your time.

$3.50 per hour is the starting pay, with opportunity for advancement
Up to 40 hours per week of work available.
The ideal candidate can work 30-40 hours per week
For full time work you must deliver a minimum of 6000 words of content per week
Note:
1) I am open to paying per 1000 words instead of hourly if that’s your preference, simply mention it to me and we can discuss
2) If you are a highly experienced writer in this niche, I am open to negotiation on rates

I need written content for a variety of purposes.

- Blog articles for my websites
- Product reviews ( laptops, headphones, earbuds, smartwatches, PC, XBOX, PS4 games)
- Guest posts for 3rd party websites
- In depth guides ( tech related how to guides )
- Press Releases

Requirements: Things you should be already able to do, before you start working with us
- Research information using Google
- Learn about new topics quickly
- At least average typing speed (50 words per minute)
- Basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Docs / Spreadsheets / Slides

Nice to have, but not required. I can teach you on the job
- Publish content on a wordpress website
- Create formulas in a Google spreadsheets
- Use Upgrade to see actual info for keyword research
- Basic SEO knowledge

Expectations: This is how we will work together
- You will work remotely.
- You will check your email and to-do lists for new tasks and assignments
- You will track your own hours
- You will send me an invoice at the end of each month that lists how many hours you worked and the total amount owed.
- You will get paid on the 1st day of each month for the previous month’s work

You get

To get this job you will need to complete a ($20.00) paid work sample.

Every person who is interested should add me on Skype, and mention the paid work sample. My Skype name is Upgrade to see actual info.saakian which is simply my first name and last name separated by a period. I will coordinate a time for you to interview you on a skype call and begin your work sample.

The work sample is to write an blog article of roughly 2000 words.

When we meet on Skype, I will assign you a topic for your blog post, and you will be responsible for researching the topic. You will do research on Google to identify what else is out there that competes with your article. Then you will write a version that is more comprehensive and useful than the top competitors.

You do NOT need a college degree or many years of work experience to get this job.

I will hire the most qualified candidate who works well with our team.
