Fullstack Developer to Setup Server and Install PHP/Laravel

We are looking for a Fullstack developer that can setup a Digital Ocean server and install a PHP/Laravel script onto the new server.
We would also like to make some modifications to the design so candidates with Frontend UX/UI skills is a huge plus.

This will be a onetime project but can turn into a fulltime position for the right candidate.

Salary negotiatiionable but depends on Skill level.
