Bookkeeper/Accounts - For Property Entrepreneur

We are a fast growing UK serviced accommodation/property business.

We are looking for someone that can take the lead.

Document all monies in & out based on different projects.

Video call weekly to go through any queries, give clear feed back on current financial situation & project month on month booking figures.

Suggest savings, tax ideas & implement one of our companies recently becoming VAT registered.

There will be a lot of catch up work to get everything in order, working closely together so we both understand how the business works Also working closely with my VA in the Philippines.

At present we are using Clearbooks, but happen to change systems to make everything easier.

Possibly 5-10 hours a week.
