Shopify Store Revamp & Ad creatives

I am looking for someone to help revamp my dropshipping shopify store.

I mainly dropship through Oberlo/Aliexpress. I have access to US suppliers as well though.

I am looking for someone with EXPERIENCE in sourcing for products to dropship. We have some requirements on profits.

When applying, please just tell me how long you have been sourcing items, have you set up any ad's for the items and are you willing to work 20 hours a week. I have not had much success with VA's, I will take care of you and give bonuses if I feel you are putting in the extra work.

For sourcing - I do not just copy and paste the item's description. I need someone who has creative writing skills as well for EACH item we will be testing.

However, if this is your first time sourcing and do not have much experience, please do not apply at this time. I will repost later on for someone who has minimal experience.

If you have FB/IG marketing that is a plus!

This is a team effort - you will be working mainly on your end by yourself, however I will be working with you on the back end.
