JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking 2 (1 for each position) full-time Admin and Marketing VA!

Our client is looking for someone who's willing to learn new things, has initiative, and has the ability to innovate. More importantly, you must be a great communicator in English!

All training and clear instructions will be provided.

A good pay rate applies, with the possibility of increase and/or promotion.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Tasks will be varied and may include:

Admin VA

• Organising travel
• Creating SOPs
• IT setup and management (Calendars, meetings, call, Microsoft hick-ups …)
• Responding to emails and proofreading
• Event management
• Online event planning
• Bookkeeping
• Evaluation of events and supports innovation
• Research
• Creating structures and sort content/files

Marketing VA

• Gatekeeper (phone sales)
• Creating and improving powerpoint presentations
• Cutting videos
• Graphic design
• Website
• Funnels
• Social media posts and blog articles
• Responding to emails and proofreading
• Looking after mailing lists and CRM
