JOB OVERVIEW

Our client from Texas is looking for a Researcher (at best a Paralegal) to obtain government records under the premise of Freedom of information act. Main responsibility is to identify the various water utilities, get contact information, reach out to get the data and check for its accuracy. This person will also call and email various cities and municipal utility districts across the state of Texas and get the forms for and filing Freedom of information act requests for lists of disconnected customers.

Must be comfortable with legal process with excellent English abilities, strong willed, thorough and is comfortable in talking to government clerks to obtain and verify the record. Must have prior experience in doing Upgrade to see actual infoerested applicants must email the following:
