Hello,
My name is Stephen and I run an international dropshipping company that sells products to mostly US customers.
I am currently looking for an amazing customer support VA to join our growing team.
Your role will include(s):
-Providing outstanding and fast-paced customer service to customers
-Replying to customer inquiries through Zoho Mail
-Manage disputes on PayPal and Stripe
-Referencing Aliexpress orders with Shopify orders
-Reference Shopify orders/tracking numbers with Paypal orders
-Help the team with daily tasks
-Reporting any customer issues, disputes, and chargebacks
For your skills and qualifications you must:
-Empathetic, polite, and patient
-Pay attention to detail
-Fast learner
-Able to work without much management
-Great time management skills
Technical Skill(s):
-Understand how to use Zoho Mail
-Know how Aliexpress works
-Understand how the Shopify backend works
-Have experience using DSers (preferred)
