Required - Skills you should have:
+ Have built a website/application in PHP/MySQL that required significant automation and data management
+ Ability to write complex MySQL queries across multiple large tables to get at the hidden data
+ Competency working in an HTML/CSS environment including dynamic HTML content
+ Familiarity with the Bootstrap CSS framework and mobile first web-design principles
+ Excellent project management skills including debugging, issue tracking, feature tracking and prioritization etc
+ Ability to manage a basic Apache and MySQL server environment (SSH, basic configuration, etc)
+ Familiarity integrating APIs into a web application and process flow

Nice to have: - Skills that would really excite us if you also have them but not required:
+ Working with data via statistical analysis and using PHP charting/graphing libraries to represent in HTML
+ Experience with CodeIgniter (even if you have experience with another framework such as Laravel or Cake, etc would be great)
+ Experience with Wordpress (building basic plugins, managing themes, configuring and managing WP sites, etc)
+ Familiarity with Google Analytics and integrating GA into website features
+ Work with Marketing Automation platforms such as MailChimp, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc
+ Familiarity with large scale email automation and ESPs (email service providers)

Additional needs:
+ Broadband internet connection
+ Modern development capable strong performance PC
+ Ability to work at least 3 hours per day
+ Ability to have Skype calls to discuss projects and ongoing work
+ Fluent in English with the ability to quickly read and write communications regarding the development process
