The Recruiter LI, will concentrate on building healthcare provider candidate pipelines. Proven ability to utilize natural language searches and social media to identify and attract superior healthcare talent.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with our internal staff to develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Leverage multiple recruiting sources and internet sourcing techniques to identify candidates.
• Coordinate skill assessments.
• Transfer CV/Resume information to Thrive behavioral Sciences CRM system.
• Successfully identify candidates that match job postings.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years healthcare sourcing experience required.
• Strong candidate resume screening ability.
• Willingness to obtain a general knowledge of different provider services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong familiarity of natural language and social media searching.
• General knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Exchange.
