One of the leading real estate franchise in the US is looking for an experienced, extraordinary person that would like to become an indispensable member of our team.

Job descripption:

• To ensure quality on our Live Transfers
• To review the hourly dial report – for dialing production
• To channel spy and record all incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Every phone call will now be recorded
• To make sure the expectation of every Live Transfer is great quality
• To help guide the coaching & training – where we can coach each ISA
• To ensure all phone calls – with our Real Estate Agents are professional in nature
• To monitor and review every Live Transfer

We are a real estate company in the Pacific Northwest USA.
Working hours will be 9am-6pm Pacific Standard Time.
