JOB OVERVIEW

Hi I'm Kharl

I currently have a property business as well as manage a bar based in the UK. As such I am extremely busy. I need some to remember, log and manage important meetings I must attend, jobs that I need to complete and financial commitments that I have each week.
So I am looking for help with completing all the tasks I am responsible for so that I am managing my time as effectively as possible.....

IMPORTANT Task number 1
To read out to me my personal and work emails while I drive to work via a skype or Upgrade to see actual info call etc.

I will dictate my response / reply to you over that phone call and then you send that email response.

I will then need any work tasks expected of me from my employers from those email put into Trello.

Any calendar reminders for events or task deadlines from those emails put onto my google calendar. With reminders set so I complete the work expected of me well before the deadline.

There are 2 other company intranet sites I have to log into 3 times a week and need someone to read out any company announcements to me or an alternative could be voice record your self reading the various company announcements that I need to be informed about. Again any deadlines for work tasks logged into Trello and google calendar.

The successful candidate will need to be free in the mornings 9am UK time 3 to 4 times a week usually Monday to Friday to read out those emails or messages to me.

Some of your other duties will include:
-Social Media Work: creating content for posts on instagram, Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook as well as building followers
-Transcribing voice notes into word documents or emails
-Create meeting reminders on google calendar
-Submit my expenses onto xero - Important so some basic experience needed
-Track my income and expenditure
-Reminders of bills to pay and pay bills (using preloaded card) where needed on my behalf
-Compile and Submit weekly and monthly income and expense reports
-Respond to my emails and organise my email inbox into relevant folders
-Investigational / research work
-Project manage and action my Trello to do lists
-Data entry
-Keep my Google drive organised
-Assist with completing my year end tax return
-Keep me informed of answer phone messages
-Conducting phone calls on my behalf
-Listening to my personal phone voice messages and keeping me informed of those messages I have.

Newbies are very welcome to apply as long as you have strong computer and google / Microsoft office software skills
