JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire a VA to handle a wide variety of tasks for our online businesses.
We are a digital marketing agency specialising in website design.

The role is fulltime, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. BUDGET ranges from Php 20,000 - 25,000 per month - depending on skills and experience.
Hours would be 10am to 7pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time, so 8am to 5pm PHT) with 1 hour for lunch.
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for someone who is reliable, a good communicator, has access to quality high speed internet (high speed, reliable internet is essential for this role) and enjoys working with all sorts of interesting software (easy to use, training provided).

We use Divi builder for most of our website design, with some use of Elementor.
We need someone with experience using Divi builder.

There is so much variety to this role.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Customer Service via e-mail - responding to customer enquiries and requesting website content from customers and filing this information in our project management software and Google Drive.

Website edits - updating client websites with provided content (text, images, hyperlinking)

Some website styling (using Divi or Elementor), no coding skills required but would be advantage

Website project coordination - Effective communication with our website designers regarding content, quality check items, styling and communication with clients to obtaining information for the site.
The quality checks of sites is to ensure our quality processes have been followed, using our project management software.

Some resizing of images using software similar to Picmonkey or Canva

Regular weekly meetings with us via Zoom
Basic SEO and use of industry specific software (full training provided).
Content curation (or coordinating freelance content writers) for blog articles, newsletters and social media.
Posting content to our website, social channels and publishing our newsletters.

We also have many other areas of marketing that we could use assistance with and provide a lot of experience for you in areas such as:
Content Marketing
Viral Marketing
Marketing Automation

ESSENTIAL SKILLS TO APPLY:
Good communication
Well written English is essential
Attention to detail
Good at following through

Email
management - responding promptly, following up if waiting on responses, well written with grammar checked
Experience using Divi builder for website edits (basic knowledge is fine, but must be experienced or willing to learn this to a competent level in own time).
Basic Project Management - following up with clients to request information for websites, clarifying anything not understood, offering help, filing things correctly and marking items as complete when Upgrade to see actual infoSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
High speed reliable internet is essential for this role
Willing and able to take Zoom or Skype calls to receive verbal instructions for tasks, and available during the work hours specified
Open to feedback
Willing to offer input/contribute thoughts and ideas
Sense of humour
Open communicator
A quiet place to work from without distractions or disruptive background noises, so that calls via Zoom or Skype can be conducted with ease for everyone

We are looking for someone who wants to stay with an employer for many years. Our existing remote team have been with us for a long time (5.5 years, 3.5 years, 1.5 years). We are used to communicating effectively remotely.

We recognise the 13th month payment of wages, and are willing to contribute a monthly amount towards internet costs. High speed reliable internet is essential for this role.
