We are looking for a Shopify expert that can help us make our website look better than it is now, with a minimalistic and warm feeling. If you are passionate about creating an exceptional experience for customers online then you may be the right fit for us to work together long term. Handling customer inquires and questions and managing the website will be your main priority.

Your second task will be to assist with our email marketing to set up abandon cart emails and follow up series. We are looking for a 3% conversion rate on our abandon cart emails and email marketing efforts. There will be ample support to help achieve results that we have set as the goal.

What we ask:

* Improvement on the website and suggestions on changes that can have positive impact
* Knowledge on website development where you may use your expertise to help create custom look and feel on the website.
* Knowledge on how to maintain a good site speed is very important
* Understanding of how to set up email marketing and bring customers back to our store for checkout
* Daily update on sales and orders
* Answer customer inquiry if necessary (there are minimal contact due to our team of customer service agents are there to help)
* Innovative and proactive individual who can come up with tactics and strategies to improve without being asked
* Looking for a team player that is very good at communicating with our team
* Working hours are Graveyard shifts (Philippines Time) / American work hours.
