Empowering Events, an Australian based service company, is looking for YOU to join our team of 56 Amazing Virtual Assistants in the Philippines for our Australian based clients.

We teach business owners how to grow their social media following and filling up events and to do so they will need a VA to support them and do social media management for them.

We will train you in our proven strategies so that you can be the Superstar VA they are looking for.

MUST READ CAREFULLY

+ No VA experience ARE WELCOME
+ With 2-4 years of working experience (Preferably: call center or customer service)
+ Available to work Part-time or Full-time (minimum 20, maximum 40 hours per week) Australian timezone
+ Strong internet connection of at least 10 Mbps or higher (wired/WIFI) - SPEED TEST required
+ Reliable desktop computer/laptop, headset, and webcam
+ 100% availability with no prior commitments or side business
+ Tech-savvy

General Responsibilities:
+ Social media management (Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, Meetup)
+ Basic content writing
+ Scheduling and calendar management
+ Email management
+ Document & filing system organization and control
+ Admin and recording
+ Canva/Photoshop creative

Perks and Rate:
+ 7 days Training
+ AU $5 per hour once handed over to the client (with a 1-month probationary period)
+ VA Support group


QUALIFICATIONS:

- Available to work AU time zone – 2-3 hours ahead PH time

- Available for a ZOOM video call

- Able to work Part-time initially or Full time

- Minimum of 20 hours per week or a maximum of 40 hours per week

- Must be willing to have an open line of communication via Zoom/Viber/Slack

- Confident to speak English and must have good written communication skills

- Available to start immediately and not currently employed or self-employed
