We are a Christian based, virtual property management company and WE are looking for you! We are looking for someone who can perform the following below:
- Work 40hrs a week!
- Learn to Create and revise bids for our construction clients w/ supervision and training from our in-house staff
- Speak w/ Technicians out in the field about maintenance assessments when needed
- Utilize google sheets on excel
- Attend morning - company meetings on
- Understand the nature of different service calls ranging from, handyman repairs, hvac, electrical, roofing,
plumbing, landscaping, and many more!
- Monitor Service Technician Routes
- Assist field technicians via the phone, on how to properly write up an assessment, and take the
necessary photos for you to submit over a quote to our clients
All of the tasks mentioned above can be completed from the comfort of your own home. We are not interested to anyone who is looking for a short-term position, we ONLY want someone who is looking for long-term. Within your first 6months-1yr with us, you will receive a pay raise of some magnitude. Many of the tasks will need to be taught to you, and you will have direct access to a support team that will continue to help train you along the way. If you have all of the experience, great, but at the same time if you do not, that does not disqualify you, we still may be interested.
