Virtual Construction Estimator

We are looking for Virtual Construction Estimators they're generally responsible for estimating work of particular projects. They estimate work by gathering proposals, pictures from the technician, specifications, and related Upgrade to see actual info addition, they estimate labor, material, and time requirements in order to be able to compute the overall cost of the project. Responsibilities
-Acquire an understanding of the requirements of the project/program at hand
-Select metrics to produce valid estimates
-Assist the technician to Visit sites, warehouses, and other venues to gather essential information
-Review documents from the technician
-Analyze data and produce forecasts
-Perform risk analysis
-Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties
-Select advantageous deals by evaluating offers and quotes
-Foster relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, architects etc.)
