We are a small Mortgage Brokerage operating in Hamilton New Zealand and we are looking for 2-3 Loan Writer's to Join our team. The successful candidates must have an eye for detail, a friendly manner, be forward-thinking, and think outside the square.
Main duties will be to assist and manage the end-to-end loan process including:
- completing a full application via phone,
- gathering and verifying documents,
- packaging and submitting a loan application
- following up and communicating with the necessary parties
You must have Exceptional written & fluent spoken English as you will talking with our customer's directly.
You must have a basic understanding of residential lending, and be able to read and understand financial statements, sale & purchase agreements, and building reports etc.
Please only apply for this role if you have had a minimum of two years experience in residential lending in New Zealand or Australia.
