JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Marketing Content Specialist to join our team to create compelling blog posts, white papers, case study, social media content and web copy, Upgrade to see actual info our digital marketing projects. We’re looking for someone who will help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content, increases SEO rankings, drives engagement on social media and drives leads from websites and email campaigns, etc. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines. Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio, bachelor’s degree, and relevant work experience.


Responsibilities of the Position

As a Marketing Content Specialist, your primary role is to plan, develop and execute content for us and our client projects that successfully increases organic search engine rankings, social media engagement, website traffic, and conversions.

* Topic research, Create compelling content
* Regularly produce various content types, including but not limited to blog posts, long feature articles, emails, e-books, client case studies, website content, social media content, and press releases
* Actively manage and promote content, and pitch content to relevant third-party platforms or influencers
* Edit content produced by other members of the team
* Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
* Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
* Track, measure, and report on content performance.
* Collaborate with internal and external teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to create innovative content ideas.
* Create and manage content marketing calendars.
* Self-edit and edit content produced by other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
* Ensure content has a consistent look and feel and is properly formatted for various online channels.
* Photo/video production and editing and/or graphic design experience (via Adobe suite) is a plus.
* Other training opportunities might be provided to grow skill sets and carry other digital marketing or SEO project activities related to citation & link building, or social media management, etc.

Skills We Require

* BA/BS bachelor’s degree, in Journalism, Communications, or related field with emphasis on digital publishing.
* 2+ years professional work experience developing and publishing digital content, preferably on digital and social media platforms.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Excellent writing, storytelling, copy editing skills.
* Some knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO and web analytics.
* Great time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects under deadline pressures.
* Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate.
* Proficient with all major social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc)
* Has experience of working with WordPress content management systems.
* Optional, Graphic design, photo, and video editing experience (Adobe products a plus)
* Have experience of using Jarvis.ai or conversion.ai content tool ( a plus)
