JOB OVERVIEW

Our 7-person insurance agency currently using the following Office 365 programs on a basic level:

Bookings
Excel
Forms
One-Note
Outlook
PowerPoint
Sharepoint/OneDrive
Teams
Word

We are about to roll out:
Teams - Phone System and also add integration with
Upgrade to see actual info#

We would also like to start using and creating processes with:

- Flow
- Create a SharePoint LMS

Also, we are looking to create a system that acts like a web-based project management tool: Similar to Upgrade to see actual info
- Send customizable proposals to clients with tables, pictures, embedded videos
- Show outstanding to-dos from different roles (for example, us, the client, a third party)
- Allow any involved party to leave comments, check boxes, etc.
- Upload attachments that will save on SharePoint
- See when a user looked at the proposal or left a comment, etc.

A candidate needs to be very familiar with Office 365 products and has experience in linking those applications for efficiency purposes. We would like someone to spend some time learning about our business and coming up with recommendations on how to change and/or automate different processes.

Preferred skills would include API and WordPress experience.

You would be paid for the fact/need finding, implementation, training and on-going maintenance of the different systems. While this project would be primarily front-loaded (time-wise), we would like to have someone available on-demand long-term for future tweaks and projects.

Hours would be very flexible as long as some time can be spent during our business hours (8 am to 5 pm PST) to observe and train our staff.
