JOB OVERVIEW

HOURS: 40 hours per week. Must be available between 8am-9pm EST seven days per week (we will work out a 5 day schedule within those hours) Must be available to attend paid training in March of 2020.

1.) Answer inbound phone calls from our customers and potential customers in the United States. Must be available to answer the phone at all times during your shift. You must speak and understand English.

2.) Make outbound phone calls to current and potential customers to solicit business. The ideal candidate loves sales and marketing and is confident with telemarketing.

3.) Be friendly and helpful when explaining our services and procedures. We will give you a full script and train you completely. Training with our US staff will last one to two weeks at least.

4.) Encourage customers to work with us (not hard sales but soft sales--we are actually purchasing. products from customers, not selling them. You are paying people money for products they want to sell)

5.) Document all calls and customer information on our call sheets (Google Drive) and make notes in our client database. Accuracy is extremely important.

6.) Respond to text messages and email quickly using our software.

7.) Stay in constant communication with our US staff through Google Hangouts. Quickly and accurately report progress and questions to our US staff.

8.) Create and send texts and emails to our current customers to solicit business.

9.) You must own a recent computer than runs Windows 10. You need to be very comfortable with Google Documents and be able to use Google Hangouts. You will need a reliable internet connection--at least 8 mbps up and down speed and a dedicated space in your home to work.
