JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone who has experience in customer support, specifically with ecommerce products on a Shopify store and with phone support.

We require someone who is flexible on tasklist, eager to learn and can grow with the brand.

Some tasks that you will be trained on include

-Phone support
-Outbound phone calls to leads
-Email support
-Live chat support
-Appointment Booking phone support


Due to the nature of the job, we require someone who is experienced in support, phone support and comfortable doing many calls each day. Your ability to speak English clearly is critical for this role.
