Job Description

We are looking for a great HR Specialist to be an integral team member to help grow our business. Your role encompasses working within our other team members (remotely). In addition, we have a large team spread throughout the world, so we understand the unique challenges of working remotely. We have set up an extensive training and leadership program that allows our staff to have the tools they need to be successful.


Skills and Expertise

• Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
• Manage health and life insurance programs.
• Design and implement effective training and development plans.
• Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
• Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
• Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Track department budgets.
• Respond to employees’ queries and resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner.
• Recruit new candidates, conduct interviews, and develop hiring workflows.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
• Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
• Have good written and oral communication skills, with a firm handle on grammar and spelling. (We treat our customers the same as we would a friend who we respect)
• Are willing to start working ASAP
• Experienced in gathering client documents and making use of the information they provide
• Are efficient, personable, adaptable, organized, and confident
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• High attention to detail is mandatory.
