JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an exceptional Support Agent who can also help out on community management for our free-to-play online science fiction, modern war, and fantasy RTS games.

This role involves maintaining forum, and zendesk accounts to answer player questions, and post new content to our social media and community channels.

As a Support Agent you’ll:

- Help our support team categorize and resolve issues on Zendesk
- Use screen capture software to create detailed reproductions of in-game situations to simulate player experiences, explore corner cases and push the boundaries of our games
- Have an opportunity to play test new game content and features to ensure high quality releases
- Serve as a liaison between our customers and our design team
- Occasionally post cyclical content to social media, and respond to inquiries

Required qualifications include:
- Passion for identification, investigation, reporting and tracking of bugs to resolution
- Expertise determining players’ PC-type, browser version, and PC settings, such as plug-ins and other software installed
- Attention to detail, patience, and curiosity within game play testing
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly, keep data confidential, and communicate effectively via IM
- Familiarity in posting social media and usage of community tools such as Hootsuite

Qualifications that would be helpful, but not required, include:
- An interest in playing player-versus-player games such as Throne Rush, War Commander, Stormfall, Wartune, The Hobbit, Total Domination, or Battle Pirates
- A courteous, sympathetic, and professional attitude towards our players
- Experience in working with distributed team members
