Circle Prospecting Lead Generator for Real Estate Investor

Hello! We are a family-owned real estate investment company, based in San Antonio, Texas. We are looking for quick learners, who already have some experience with COLD CALLING and REAL ESTATE, to add to our team. We are not expecting you to be an expert in the real estate field: we will need you to be able to follow a script and determine the caller’s interest. We are looking for someone to:

• make initial contact with prospective sellers
• speak to a prospective seller following a script
• determine if prospective seller has any interest in selling their house
• gather some information from interested seller, and
• schedule an appointment or follow-up call

You will spend the majority of your time on the phone. Qualities we are looking for in our cold-calling applicants include:

• a pleasant phone voice
• excellent to near-perfect English-speaking skill
• bilingual (English and Spanish) is a PLUS, but not a requirement
• reliable and productive, with or without management watching
• able to work independently, but not afraid to ask if help is needed
• patience
• self-motivated
• fast learner
• positive & CAN-DO attitude
• can follow rules & policies

We are looking for candidates who are willing to spend 5 hours per day calling sellers, 6 days per week. Our cold callers call between 9am and 7pm US Central Time, Monday thru Saturday. Our callers are expected to contact 200 sellers per week (7 contacts per hour), and create one lead per hour from those contacts.

We offer 200 PHP per hour starting compensation, PLUS eligibility to participate in performance bonus program (hourly rate + bonus opportunities)

Requirements:
• High speed internet (preferably 20 mbs or higher) – will be tested
• Fast computer (preferably i5 processor or higher)
• Fast learner
• Ambitious and hungry to create quality leads, generate sales appointments, and earn bonuses
• Moderate computer skills
• Experience with MOJO is a plus, but not necessary (training provided)
• Team player, coachable, and willing to learn every day
• Organized, responsible, and have quick responses of communication
