Long-term, dedicated wordpress developer needed for Publishing Website

Skills & Task
- Create custom wordpress themes for Blogs and Publishing websites
- Create custom plugins or modify existing ones
- Create and track custom events (Google Analytics/Facebook/Pinterest ecc)
- Setup UX Split testing experiments (A/B testing)
- Provide, setup and maintain a content personalisation solution
- Make sure we are always running at super low page load times and always online

Required Experience
- Has worked with high volume Publishing Websites
- Has experience with Analytics integration and Custom Events tracking
