Part-Time Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a part-time Social Media Specialist who can help us improve our followers and engagement, with the end goal of driving traffic to our websites and online stores. This is a part-time position that could grow to full-time depending on the performance and needs of the brands.

Salary for this part-time position can be negotiated depending on your skills and proven qualifications/past records.

Job Description:

~Create social media content through research, benchmarking, and audience identification
~Increase social media following and engagement through content creation
~Create, edit, publish and share daily content (text, graphics, videos, articles) relevant to our audience.
~Recycle our existing content (blog posts, customer reviews, videos) for social media posting
~Identify new ways on how we can increase our social media followers and engagement

Minimum Qualifications

~At least 2 yrs experience as a Social Media Specialist
~Familiar with Facebook and Instagram posting guidelines, standards, and other policies
~Well-versed in writing concise and grammatically correct posts
~Savvy internet researcher for social media posts
~Exposure to US culture is a plus since our primary audience is the US
~Experience in graphic editing tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva for creation of graphic content for FB and IG, and possibly Pinterest
~Has a proven track record of managing Fan Pages and/or Instagram accounts
