We're one of the fast-growing co-living start-ups in Singapore, which strives to make renting easier. We provides accommodation with co-living elements, add-on services, and excellent customer services in medium to long term lease markets. We aim to provide not only simple accommodation but also a co-living environment, where people could focus on their personal developments, relationships, and lifestyles instead of hassles of property and household management. We also collaborate with reliable partners to provide add-on services surrounded the accommodation solutions, to enhance our customer’s living experience. We are taking part in the revolution of the housing industry, and shape the future lifestyle of the next generations.

Founded in June 2016, our customer base and inventory of property expand rapidly, with numerous positive feedbacks and reviews from customers, owners, and partners. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about the start-up landscape and working environment, that equivalent to fast and flexible pace, extreme multitasking, self-driven and disincline, and vast developing potential for early-stage employees.

Responsibilities
1. Generate leads from multiple online channels ex: Facebook groups, Facebook Post, Room Rental Website, Website inquiry, and OTA, etc. and be the first contact for the sales inquiries.
2. Communicate with prospects to understand their requirements and propose suitable rooms/apartments, arrange and conduct house viewings, draft agreement and close the deals.
3. Work closely with the support team to make sure the client will move in smoothly, and stay with the community with joy.
4. Be an expert on all available products in a region - new apartments and existing apartments. You should be comfortable speaking about the differences between rooms/apartments, and able to match/sell the right home to the right prospect.
5. Weekly goal setting and demand Upgrade to see actual infotermine the priority of vacant rooms, based on a number of competing Upgrade to see actual infomunicate those priorities to marketing and inside sales to produce demand against that inventory.
6. Work with our acquisition team to build new products

Qualifications
1. Diploma and above
2. 2+ years of sales experience, real estate industry experience is a plus
3. Tailor our value to respond to prospect’s specific pain points and challenges.
4. Flexible with work schedule and will be willing to work weekends and evenings if necessary.
5. Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
6. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Excellent time and project management skills
9. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Based in Manila, work remotely in co-working space
