Seeking Virtual Administrative Assistant to help with business/personal administrative and written communication support
Requirements:
English Language
Use of Slack for communication with principal including chat, screencast, video, and phone calls
Use of LastPass for password management for various admin software
Use of Outlook for
Availability to perform real time tasks and communication during U.S. business hours
Good computer and internet reliability
Experience with:
Microsoft Word and Excel
Google Docs and Sheets
Microsoft OneDrive & Google Drive
Microsoft Outlook
Ability to handle basic tasks in other software programs, primarily:
PipeDrive, Mailchimp, HelloSign, OneNote, Social Media Platforms, Operations Admin Software, and other browser based software (candidate will be provided training for the required tasks within our software platforms).
Job Description:
Prepare and organize provided data for weekly meetings (scorecards, agendas, file distribution)
Organize and distribute daily reports based on provided data
Create calendar events and invites
Organize files and
Organize existing and new data
Organize contacts
Perform data entry and data management in excel, CRM,
Extract data from files: PDF, Word, and other forms and organize in database
Input provided information for customer proposals
Assist in organizing "To-Do" lists in OneNote
Organize and record business invoices and receipts
Unique research tasks
Estimated 5 hours/week
