Build a eCommerce website using Magento

I run a company based in Sydney Australia that imports and sells small electronics through ebay and our sydney retail store. I am looking for a few people to run our online store that uses magento.

1. We need a web developer that can take an existing magento template and customise it.

2. We need a person with some graphical skills to raw images and turning them into product images to use on the website.

3. We also need a person to edit videos to upload to youtube.

I understand it might be difficult for you to have all three skills. I have allowed for three positions, but if you can do more than any one of the above I will be happy to increase your pay.
