Social media/ tech person/ deal finder

I am looking for someone that can get my presence out there more as a investor to let people know i am an active investor buying houses.
Do marketing and place ads all over social media
I am looking for some that scrapes date to find deals
someone that can handle a text blast campaign

If you locate a deal I will compensate you very well as this has been the hardest thing for us.

We have a hard time getting our own deal so we usually buy from wholesalers and pay their fees

I need someone with a lot of experience that is independent and can perform and get deals.
