We are looking for a Customer Support Agency/Agent to manage calls/emails/chat for us on an "as-needed basis" initially. We are a startup and expect to have a few calls/emails/chat initially (6 to 10 every week). This position is not for someone who is looking for a fulltime commitment since we do not need for an agent to be on standby for us, but they should be able to take care of the calls/emails/chat as they come in during EST Business hours.
Requirements:
- Professional agency or an agent with great customer support experience
- Resourceful (knows how to route the US phone number to theirs)
- Available to attend the calls during the US business hours EST
- Should be able to create professional custom scripts and manage things on their own
- You have a good command of English
- You can manage your tasks in Salesforce, Asana and G Suite
- You will participate in weekly meetings
- Salary is negotiable only for potential candidates and can pay additional money for scripts.
