JOB OVERVIEW

Starting Salary - Php 17,000 - 20,000

The right candidate should possess the following skillsets:

- You must know Windows 7, 8, or 10 Desktop Support is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented
- Must be proficient in English spoken and comprehension
- Creating support tickets with full details of the problem
- Following up with customers re: their tickets / Phone / Email / Live Chat
- Answering phone calls / Returning Customer Calls
- Has an interest in Technology
- A good wired (DSL / fiber/ cable modem) internet connection with a speed of 5mbps up is a must for this position!

If you have a passion for learning technology we want you on our team. We are seeking a go-getter. A person that has a good sense of humor, has hobbies outside of work. You can work under pressure. Being meticulous in your work is key to help out team members.

If you know Zendesk / Freshdesk or other Helpdesk / Service Desk software is a plus but not required. If you know other web applications that would be a plus but not required.

--Hours of working:

You will be working either on a day or a night shift in Asia

-- The Company has been in business for 24+ years and has staff in other Asian countries.
There is a probation period of 60 days.
