Video Editor Needed. Part Time (experience required)

I am looking for an experienced video editor who can do some simple and clean edits to my existing videos.

I'm looking for someone, fast, efficient, and has previous experience editing! You must be able to add text, music, and make my videos look more professional and formatted for Instagram.
