PennyLane Consulting LLC is looking for Amazon virtual assistant.
Strong knowledge of seller central for account management to complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks that are anticipated to require around 40 hours per week.
The work will include the following tasks:
-40 hours per week, Sunday-Thursday
-Hours are 6 am-3 pm PST
Daily
Amazon Seller Central: Support 1 large account management.
Product inventory levels and notify team of low inventory and out of stock inventory.
Provide
Track all inbound shipments. Ensure all shipments check in, processed and added to active inventory.
Verify all products are live and
Review all listings to make sure title, picture and description is
Weekly
Create standard operating procedures and document the process via Google Documents or video
Uploading product listing pages for new product launches
Drafting customer service message templates
Creating FBA shipping labels to send in new or replenishments
Other duties as requested
The following skills are a must:
MUST have at least 2 years with Amazon Seller Central supporting a brand as a virtual assistant
Needs to have strong internet
EXTREMELY detail-oriented
Great communication skills via
Experience with removing hijackers
Some knowledge of Amazon Seller Processes
