JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced book-keeper that will organise, manage and prepare our personal finances. If you have only ever managed a clients personal accounts once ot twice before than this position is probably not for you.

If you’ve had experience in preparing, up-to-date weekly reconciliation of our accounts and credit cards weekly, enter bills for payment, schedule payments and manage your cashflow, monthly management reports, prepare year end workpapers
reconcile balance sheet items to reduce your tax accounting work, advise on best practice and improvements, work with our accountant.

This could be a ideal opportunity if you are obsessed with numbers and detail.

Please reply with details of your experience and some examples of how you’ve made recommendations to keep your clients accounts in order. If we like what you have to offer, we’ll arrange for you prepare a few reports which we will pay you for and then we’ll see what works out for us.

As outlined above we are specifically looking for someone who is very detail oriented and assertive. We want you to advise us if we are NOT within budget.

This is a part time position. You’ll be self-employed and responsbile for your own taxes, etc. We’ll pay you an hourly rate we will agree with you. We will work with you to come up with budgets, strategies and schedules that work out for you and us.

Experience working with any Top Inc 5000 company is a bonus.

This position has the potential to progress to managing our other companies accounts in a full-time capacity.
