E-Commerce Customer Service

We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience in working with an E-Commerce Dropshipping store. When you apply include the word new and tell us about your previous customer service experience.

Requirements :

- Experience using zendesk.
- Experience with Shopify Dropshipping stores.
- Fluent English
- Self Motivated and Problem solving nature.

Responsibilities :

- Respond to customer requests on zendesk in perfect English. ( Primary )
- Moderate comments on Facebook / Instagram
- Import Products from aliexpress and write product descriptions.
- Handle Disputes on PayPal.
- Issue refund when required.
- Respond to all customer queries quickly and accurately.
- Display a high level of professionalism at all times.

We need someone who can work full time.
Also, you will be the one to lead the new employees and get work done.
The salary will be decided based on your experience and the value you offer.
