Data Entry/Text and Email Lead Generation

We are seeking an individual who can skip-trace real estate property owners and text/email them to produce leads. This is as simple as getting a provided list, skip tracing the owners, and texting or emailing them with a given script. Another team member will manage the response leads as they come back. The candidate will be required to hit (attainable) target rates of contacts per week. This position aligns heavily with data entry.

Position details:
-No cold calling required.
-No prior real estate knowledge needed.
-Approximately 30-35 hours a week on weekdays.
-Notice, this job is monotonous. We are seeking a reliable, honest, and consistent individual.
-Must be able to work between the times of 9:30am-5:00pm EST.
-Must have a computer or laptop to work from.
-Must be able to connect to a US VPN (step-by-step guide will be provided).
-Must be able to video conference for the interview and weekly during employment.
