- Experience managing & building successful VA teams
- Experience with Amazon dropshipping/arbitrage a major plus
Job Description:
As the primary VA manager you will be responsible for the overall success of the business operations. You will be expected to learn & understand the entire business & how it operates. You will initially be running the entire business on your own until you can successfully operate the business & generate profits. Once you have achieved this, you will be responsible for hiring additional VA's, training them & managing their continued success.
Job Responsibilities (A Video Training Series Will Be Provided In English):
1. Product research
2. Product listing
3. Order processing
4. Data entry for tracking profits/expenses
5. Customer service for order tracking, cancellations & returns (templates provided)
6. Upon complete working knowledge of the tasks listed above you will then begin outsourcing the tasks to additional VA's that you will interview, hire & train.
Pay:
Beginning pay is $400 USD per month, with tremendous room for growth based on performance (we have VA's making anywhere from $1,000-$4,000 per month). As the VA manager you will receive a % of overall net profits of the business each month.
