Wordpress Optimization &

I run Upgrade to see actual info - we have a our main site and members area hosted on Wordpress. I'm looking for a freelancer I can turn to when I need someone to to setup new landing pages, update our blog, publish new content on the blog, optimize the pages for page speed and conversions, etc.

Current Tasks I'm hiring for is -
1. Update my blog post featured images (with graphics I already have created)
2. Ensure the blog post page is optimized for ease of reading, on page seo, and page load speed
3. Ensure all links on all blog posts are active (sending to the correct page and not a 404 page)
4. Add a welcome mat (Upgrade to see actual info software) to each blog post with a custom headline and optin offer.

This would take me approximately 15 hours to complete. I would expect an experienced wordpress va to complete the task in under 25 hours.

I typically have at least 1 project per week, if the first project goes well, I will look to hire the person for continued part time work on a monthly basis for updating the wordpress site and making additional changes.

Example tasks I need help with include:
1. Setting up new courses in our members area (using template pages) - experience with WishlistMember software a plus
2. Optimizing page performance (image load speed, page load speed, on page seo, etc)
3. Updating and/or publishing blog posts
4. Integrating one of my pages with Upgrade to see actual info, Active Campaign, Zapier, etc.

Project Requirements:
- A minimum 1 year experience running or building a wordpress website (adding plugins, themes, publishing posts, etc)
- Experience working with Wishlist member
- Experience working with Thrive Themes
- Experience with Upgrade to see actual info, ActiveCampaign, Zapier
- References I can contact or a project portfolio is helpful in making decisions on who I will hire.
