Wanted: General VA with Outstanding Written and Spoken English, Customer Service skills

I run an Australian based freight company that provides domestic and international shipping solutions. I’m recruiting for dedicated, friendly & outgoing team members to join our existing customer support team.

This role involves taking incoming support enquiries from customers regarding bookings, quotes or our online booking portal. Other tasks include shipment track & trace investigations, freight carrier follow ups, invoicing and general admin tasks.

The ideal candidate speaks perfect English and is capable of working at a fast pace to resolve customer issues while providing outstanding service to delight our customers.

You are known for having a high attention to detail and you are passionate about customer service and strive to be part of a fast growing business.

I’m looking for a full time General VA Customer Support working business hours 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, Brisbane Australia (AEST) time.

Wage: AUD$400 pmth to AUD$600 pmth / PHP17,000 to PHP 22,000 pmth
