I'm RJ. I own a copywriting ad agency in the commercial real estate niche. I'm looking to grow my agency to meet the coming demand and I need solid copywriters / content creators to join my team.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

THIS WILL BE CONTINUALLY OPEN JOB POSTING AS I'M CONSTANTLY VETTING NEW COPYWRITING CANDIDATES ON A CONTINUAL WEEKLY BASIS EVERY WEEK WEDNESDAY.

WITH THAT SAID, REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY APPLICANTS THERE ARE CURRENTLY OR HOW LONG THE JOB POST HAS BEEN OPEN, IF YOU HAVE WRITING SKILLS, GO ON AND APPLY AND I'LL VET YOU.

Our main service offering is a monthly 30-email content package for our business Upgrade to see actual info's comprised of (30) originally written, emailed styled pieces of content, (300) words each, on a monthly basis - subject headings included. By the way, be sure to include the word "blue" when replying to this project ad.

Copywriters will be given (15) days (including weekends) to complete and submit each project. Each piece of content for every project will be uniquely written (absolutely no recycled content). Copywriters will only be paid upon finished and fully completed work of each email content package (Microsoft Word work templates will be provided for hired Copywriters) along with the assignment of continual, monthly work.

Our hiring process is as follows and must be followed closely for further consideration (and to weed out certain candidates):

1. All Copywriting candidates must sign up for a newsletter that teaches a particular style of copywriting. Sign ups are absolutely free. After opting in, you'll receive a free digital newsletter issue and daily emails from the newsletter creators. This alone will provide candidates an education into one of the most effective forms of copywriting on the planet. A copy of the digital newsletter file attachment must be forwarded to me (RJ) as proof of sign up. Please don't forward the email or a screenshot - just the digital newsletter file attachment.

2. After a few days of reviewing the educational material, candidates must submit a sample marketing email based on our style of copywriting that's Upgrade to see actual info will be on a random client / market.

3. At our discretion, a quick video conference to interview candidates just asking on background and see if the personality fits with the agency.

Once hired, I'll provide you solid resources on the acquisition of commercial real estate and the real estate market cycle / investor psychology. These are critical to know if you're creating marketing copy in this space.
