JOB OVERVIEW

We have a lot of systems and a lot of people-- all managed through Teamwork, Zoom, HubSpot, Facebook Business Manager, G Suite, Slack, and other tools-- including the software we're building.

- Businesses come to us for impactful and effective Inbound marketing campaigns. All our campaigns initiate with a marketing blueprint where we clarify their business messaging.

Your role is to fill in the gaps and ensure everything is being tracked and attributed properly.

So you'd have to have strong general technical skills, but also light project management.

If you don't have every skill, that's okay-- we will train you.
What we care more about is your attitude, ability to learn, and pleasure to work in a team.

- Set-up HubSpot workflows
- Set-up Email templates
- Organize HubSpot campaigns
- Set clients up with access in a particular system
- Set-up and Implement tracking codes (i.e Facebook Pixels or Upgrade to see actual info scripts)
- Review SEO content pieces
- Remove access from various systems when clients and specialists are no longer active
- And so forth

Most of the time, you'll be following up via email and Teamwork, and some of the time getting clarification with internal team members via Slack probably 100 emails a day.

So your communication skills and reliability must be flawless.

You don't have to know all the systems above-- we'll train you.

We believe that people who are fast learners and have a bias for action but don't have a lot of experience are better than those who do the exact same thing every day, but can't adapt to a changing landscape.

So you have to be okay with not everything being perfectly clear-- that often you have to use your best judgment and figure stuff out. There is a balance between asking questions all the time (needing handholding) and struggling to try to it without ever asking for help (lone ranger wasting time).

And as part of helping us figure things out, you'll have to be good with documenting processes so well that others can follow what you've done.

Your English doesn't have to be perfect, but it must be very Upgrade to see actual info short, your role is to make sure our marketing projects are running smoothly-- to keep following up where people forget to do something. So you, yourself, must understand INBOX ZERO for yourself, so you can help others keep their communication frequent and reliable. You'll want to be generally available from 11 am EST to 7 pm EST, but we can be flexible with the schedule.

You don't have to learn how to do Facebook ads, but if you are interested, that's a big plus and will result in you making more money.

We have training for students that want to progress through the system-- we'll need your help updating it, among other documents.
