DO YOU HAVE

- A working knowledge of ClickFunnels
- An strong understand javascript and css
- Excellent English

THE JOB

We are looking for an extraordinary person to manage our customer support desk for CF Pro Tools, 6pm - 10 pm Mountain Time. The role is managing inquiries

YOU MUST

- Speak clear English as you will be required to record loom videos to help communication solutions to customers
- Be passionate about taking care of customers and ensuring they are given the very best service
- Capable of helping others
- Desire to learn coding


IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL

- Use Fresh Desk to manage tickets
- Help build an FAQ section
- Create Standard Operating Procedures as you go
- Prioritise VIP members queries first and then free members
- Manage refunds and cancellations on a daily basis
- Manage the support desk during business hours 6pm - 10 pm Mountain Time
- Maintains outstanding level of customer service
- Maintain a very low disputes rate

If you are short listed you will be given required to complete a test task that will include resolving a coding problem in a ClickFunnels page and then recording a loom video on how to fix the problem as if you were replying to a customer.

This will allow us to gauge your knowledge of ClickFunnels and coding, and your ability to provide great customer care, along with your ability to communicate instructions clearly in English.
