Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Social Media VA who can create content and post content for the company’s social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with
Must have experience in social media marketing
Must have skills in content writing, campaign execution, idea presentation, posting of SM content.
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects at a time
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
Able to work autonomously and independent
Possess a strong technical understanding of programmatic/audience buying.
Outcome-oriented -- results-focused with strong performance culture
Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative
Job Duties:
Manages company social media channels, including
Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content (canva experience or similar software would help)
Use Scheduling tools, and planning to ensure that we hit our targets.
Understand the use of hashtags, and how to find them
Engage with followers, reach out to influencers and other critical tactics to grow the business.
Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
Posting blog posts on WP.
Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
Manages social media communications
Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
