Who we are
The Little Volcano is a rapidly growing Online Transformational Coaching Business and Coach Training School and we are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to play a vital role in developing, planning, supporting and implementing organizational projects and priorities.
We are rapidly expanding from a micro-business where the Founders of the company ran almost everything to a small-team based operation with Team Members all over the world. We currently have a team of about 10 people either working for us as coaches, financial support staff, marketing, operations, and other capacities.

**Position Overview**
The Assistant supports the Founders and CEOs of the company and under the direction of the Operations Director. This is a company with quarterly online launches, live events 3-5 times a year, and multiple ongoing online training programs, as well as several evergreen programs (continuously running automated programs), groups and products that need steady
Responsibilities
- Down/upload all weekly webinars, Youtube trainings and Zoom recordings
- Create meeting agendas, Attend weekly virtual team meetings and take notes
- Manage Support Inbox and liaise between team members
- Event support; booking travel, accommodations and other event preparation
- Data entry and management through large online Launches and Lead generators
- Copy Writing for web content, newsletter for warm market, and social media posts
- Work with Marketing Manager to plan, schedule, post and engage on social channels
- Source, create, plan and schedule newsletter content in

- Support with all
- Managing the company’s social media inboxes, social media post design, writing and scheduling for
- Managing Founders' schedules through Calendly and Google calendar
- Creating Google form surveys
- Answering
- Fielding interview and speaking requests
- Soliciting for podcasts and speaking gigs
- Time Blocking for Founders
- Basic designing and ordering promotional materials like binders, notebooks, stickers, t shirts

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of virtual/business/personal assistant or project management experience
- Highly detail-oriented and able to implement tasks on-time, on-schedule and with a high-degree of accuracy.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects from idea to completion
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities on any given day
- Ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Ability to utilize the big-picture priorities of the organization within each project
- Ability to collaborate well with teammates and partners
- Provide compassionate and direct written and verbal communication, follow-up and follow-through, a knowledge of NVC will be helpful here
- Working knowledge of;
- Experience with a social media scheduling software a plus
- Basic editing and uploading videos between various platforms including
- Mastery of conversational American English, including what is used in marketing communications.
