Full Time 35 Hour Upgrade to see actual info Hours:
Monday – Friday: 09:00am – 17:00pm. with 1 Hour Lunch Break.
Saturday: May be required to log in for viewings / check ins etc. (2hrs Max)

Salary: $5 Per Hour US = $760PCM approximately.

Skill Requisites
1. Excellent English
2. Telephone Skills
3. Familiar with the use of Communications software, i.e Zoom, Ring Central, Text Magic.
4. Excellent IT skills
5. 35 Hour week
7. Equivalent to Philipino time 15:00-23:00.
8. Ability to become familiar with Cloud Based Software for example;
a. Arthur Property Management Software
b. NLA website
c. MyDeposits website
d. OpenRent
e. Dropbox
9. Ability to develop an understanding of the UK lettings market with respect to operations, compliance and legislation.
10. Training to be provided by Directors and Senior Property Manager.

Responsibilities
Tenant Finding:
Receiving and making calls to tenants, contractors and clients.
Contract Renewals for existing tenants.
Arranging Property Photos & Floorplans etc. with supplier.
Listing Adverts using Openrent and Spare Room.
Screening applications and arranging viewings
Managing tenant referencing Process.
Handling Deposit Protection and Deposit Return.
Managing signing of contracts and proscribed information
Liaising with bookkeeper for receipt of deposit and rent payments.
Arranging Check in & Inventory
Managing Tenancy Renewals
Arranging Tenant Check out
Arranging End of Tenancy Cleaning

Property Maintenance:
Arranging Gas Safety and Electrical Safety Certificates.
Handling and troubleshooting tenant enquiries
Arranging maintenance through contractors
Arranging delivery of Furniture / Whitegoods replacement.
Managing interim inspections cleaning and gardening etc

Preferred Experience:
Call Centre experience
UK Property industry Experience.
