VA, Writer with Wordpress and basic photo editing skills

I need someone that can modify photos for wordpress sites. Crop, add boarders, resize.

I need someone who also has great english writing skills that will be able to write blog posts, some website content writing and articles.

I'm looking for someone who will be able to work 10 or so hours a week doing these tasks.
