Virtual Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Administrator

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join our busy boutique technical recruiting firm. We are looking for someone who can fulfill the multi-faceted role of the Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Administrator. This is a very dynamic role that has incredible growth potential. If you are someone with excellent communication skills, a positive outlook, and are able to build lasting relationships with our team, this can grow into a full-time position.


Job Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the Operations Executive, this position has different recurring duties, including:

• Data Entry:
o Monitor input applicant and candidate information in a timely manner
o Create and send out automated reports as required

• Administrative Support:
o Assist in the preparation of various documents
o Coordinate meetings
o Manage Social Media accounts with relevant content

• Other Duties:
o Assist in organizational research
o Source resumes & applicants looking for top talent
o Assist the Operations Executive and Founder as required


Job Requirements
• 2 years prior experience in Reception or Office Administration setting
• 1-2 years prior experience in recruiting is preferred but not a requirement
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly energetic and organized with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Understanding of how to handle confidential information
• Must be someone who has a passion for learning & growth
• Job Type: Part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role


Nice to Have
• Experience with managing social media platforms (LinkedIn & Facebook)
• Previous experience as a recruiter (technical recruiter)
• A firm understanding of software engineering & technology
• Solid experience in MS Excel
