JOB OVERVIEW

Hard Skills:
1. Customer Support - Respond to customer messages within the timeline.
2. Order Fulfillment Creation - Create fulfillment order within seller central if a customer would like a replacement.
3. Listing Monitor - Monitor reviews and feedbacks on the listing and try to work with customers to improve the rating. Record sales data for each listing every day. Analyze the cause if there is a drop in sales and take the right action to increase sales.
4. Competitor Research - Track competitors' activities on Amazon and off Amazon at deals sites, such as Slickdeals, Dealnews.

Plus Skills:
1. Amazon PPC
2. Email Marketing - Send out weekly content to engage our existing customers through email or on Facebook

Soft Skills:
1. English - Conversation level and up
2. Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, self-starter
3. Fast learner and easy to work with

Experience:
1-year work experience in Amazon seller central and related tools, such as Jungle Scout.
Familiar with social media tools, such as MailChimp, Facebook page.
