** Hiring Immediately (FT) Email Marketer **

NYC ad agency looking to hire full-time email marketer. Prior experience preferred, but not required. Looking for high-energy individuals that can commit to our team for a long period and grow with us!

Perfect English and grammar is a MUST to be considered for this amazing opportunity. You’ll be learning high level skills that will serve you for the rest of your life. Email marketing is in high demand and we will pay you during our training period.

Duties:
- Creating email newsletters for multiple e-commerce brands
- Measure performance of your email marketing campaigns
- Test, iterate, and optimize flows based on existing stats
- Work with our in-house graphic designers and web developers to improve look of emails
- Active participation in our weekly team meetings
- Must be learning on a DAILY basis and communicate new ideas to team leaders
- Explore channels outside of email to deliver the best possible experience to our customers and leads

Qualifications:
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Technological acumen, including basic knowledge of HTML
- Relentless attention to detail
- Project management leadership abilities
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment

Pay:
- Training period (5 days x 3 hours): $1/hr
- After training: Based on your performance: $2.50 - $3.00 / hr
- Future growth: Room to grow salary up to $5/hr, we do monthly bonuses if you meet your goals

Schedule:
- This is a FULL time position. 30 - 40 hours per week
- Monday through Fridays for 5-8+ hours per day (10AM to 5PM EST likely)
- The occasional weekend may be required
